Father J.C. Ortiz envisioned a garden where students could plant, nurture and grow a variety of flowers and vegetables. Students would learn about the beauty of God's creation with hands on experiences appropriate to each age level. Working with a small committee of gardening enthusiasts, Fr. JC identified the location, sketched plans, and developed a budget for the project. STCS is excited about the implementation of this instructional garden, and seeks to make the garden a reality. Your generosity will enable the landscaper to purchase materials, build the hardscape, and prepare the garden for planting. Your donations will continue to support the instruction with the purchase of plants, maintenance supplies and gardening equipment.
